Secure mobile PDF annotation from Accellion
Accellion has added new embedded PDF annotation capabilities to its Mobile App for iOS, allowing users to securely conduct contract negotiations and annotate confidential documents on their devices. The company explains its seamless approach to PDF annotation eliminates the need for users to open sensitive documents in unsecure third-party services when working via a mobile device.
In addition to offering a way to annotate PDFs within a secure mobile container, Accellion highlights the following capabilities:
- a full commenting toolset for PDFs with an intuitive user interface that includes line, arrow, rectangle, circle, highlight, strikeout, underline, note, typewriter, pencil and signature;
- easy navigation and bookmark management, along with search capability for text within PDF documents and digital pressure sensitive ink technology for signatures; and
- increased productivity through the ability to annotate, share and collaborate on content through one solution.
The PDF annotation feature is now part of the mobile productivity suite in Accellion iOS apps, which are available in the App Store.
