Sales exec to lead iXOS' North American business

As part of an overall strategy to broaden its presence in the Americas, iXOS Software has appointed Jim Aufdemberge as president and CEO.

Aufdemberge will oversee iXOS' North American business operations, including financing and operations, sales and marketing, technical services and administration. He was previously VP of Sales at Alphablox, a startup provider of analytical applications, and before that was VP of Sales and Operations at Dun & Bradstreet.

IXOS Software CFO Vijay Sondhi will retain his CFO duties, after holding the CEO position on a temporary basis since the departure of Lori Trippel last spring.
