SafeHarbor partners with RightAnswers

SafeHarbor Technology (www.safeharbor.com), which delivers customer interaction and business intelligence solutions in the Web self-service environment, has announced its partnership with RightAnswers(www.rightanswers.com), a provider of technical support content. The alliance enables SafeHarbor customers and business partners access to RightAnswers' Knowledge-Pak libraries, which provide more than 120,000 answers to common problems faced by service and support personnel, help desk technicians and employees. RightAnswers says Knowledge-Paks currently accelerate problem resolution for more than 200 of the most popular computing applications. SafeHarbor's SmartSupport software applies behavioral analytics and customer satisfaction data across a mix of support channels--Web sites, e-mail, chat and phone.
