SBD creates workflow solution for government forms

A product that specifically helps federal government agencies automate the workflow process of standard government forms has been created by Solutions By Design (SBD) (Vienna, VA, http://www.sbd.com). The PerFORMance Workflow Lotus Notes-based system is a scaleable solution allowing agencies to share information on a departmental, national or global level.

Users can electronically create, submit, route for approval and track forms regardless of their platform or geographic location. PerFORMance Workflow consists of 12 standard government forms customizable to any agency, and supports additional forms or documents, interacts with existing systems or passes data to legacy systems for post approval processing. Features of PerFORMance include electronic signatures, form printouts in standard government format, tracking/audit trails, easy-to-use GUI and e-mail notification.
