SAGlobal reaches deal with LexisNexis for LexisOne

LexisNexis and SAGlobal reached agreement for SAGlobal to acquire the LexisOne cloud-based ERP and Practice Management solution.  The solution will become part of their Legal360 offering to create cloud-based practice management and business development solutions for law firms.

Following the acquisition of Legal360 last year, SAGlobal believes that consolidating LexisOne’s practice management solution with the Legal360 suite of client relationship software will have a major impact on the global legal software industry, said Stephen James, global CEO of SAGlobal.

SAGlobal provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for professional services, with 700 employees in 26 offices around the world and nearly 30 years’ experience in ERP and Business Financial Systems, delivering successful implementations across 80 countries. 

Built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, LexisOne is a fully-integrated business management suite providing practice management, time and billing, accounting, and human resource management capabilities. 

By using a single system for everything from time recording and matter management, to HR and procurement, LexisOne helps leading law firms differentiate on service, optimise their operations, empower their employees, and gain real-time insights across their firm.

As part of the transaction, which is expected to close in Q1, the LexisOne leadership team and staff will transition to SAGlobal, along with all of the existing LexisOne customers.
