Integrify has introduced iApprove 3.0, which is a 100% Web-based platform to centrally manage user requests from multiple locations, streamline workflow and operations, automate business processes and improve the overall user experience. Version 3.0 is available in both traditionally licensed and hosted versions.

Integrify reports the software is designed to manage internal requests in IT, HR, finance or any area within mid-size and small organizations, as well as departments or functions within large organizations. It includes automation features, while retaining its ease of use, flexibility and fast implementation, the company says.

New features include:

• automatic process escalations—allows administrators to define notifications that can escalate based on time;

• extended hierarchy of process categories—processes can now be categorized in multiple levels by the administrator, making process administration easier;

• e-mail notification templates—administrators can change the content and appearance of e-mail notifications;

• expanded process definition—administrators can further define a process with file attachments, versions, process and reporting managers and categories; and

• form replication—administrators can now copy existing forms, facilitating forms management.
