Global 360 has introduced new product features, application designer and dashboard designer, to its business process management software.

The company calls the application designer a Web-based modeling tool that allows users to quickly build process applications, such as credit claims management or correspondence management, and meet both simple and complex user interface functional requirements. Using drag-and-drop tools eliminate the need for high-level technical assistance, says Global 360,giving more control over content and development to the business user who is familiar with the needs and requirements of that particular business unit.

The dashboard designer allows line-of-business managers and top executives to construct customized views that provide real-time insight into the performance of their process applications. It further offers control features that allow resources, decisions and goals to be adjusted in real time through the Web-based interface, says the company. The manager or executive has direct access to the application and in a matter of a few minutes can tailor it based on his or her line-of-business responsibilities or organizational performance metrics. The dashboard can be modified instantly as priorities or conditions change without the need for IT assistance.
