Scriptel Corporation  has integrated its signature pads with Real Vision Imaging’s (RVI) document imaging solutions.

Scriptel is a provider of electronic signature solutions and capacitive pen digitizing components, and its just-launched partner page provides information on the integration’s benefits for RVI users, supported models and customer support. Based in Alexandria, Louisiana, Real Vision Imaging is an IBM Advanced Business Partner company that has designed document imaging software for the IBM System I platform since 1992, and is the sole owner, developer, and supporter of Real Vision Document Imaging Solutions.

“As more and more businesses begin to digitize their documents to provide greater flexibility, security, and efficiency to their businesses, our signature pads enable them to complete the process and become truly digital by eliminating the need to print, sign, and scan documents that require signatures,” said Wayne Barthel, CEO of Scriptel.

The RVI Complete system incorporates all of the elements of document imaging, including a capture system, advanced workflow capabilities, report distribution, PDF delivery, and new PC integration options as well as internet and mobile access 24/7. RVI also supports external documents, color photos, incoming faxes, emails, reports, spool file output, and audio-visual files.

According to Scriptel, electronic signature capture pads help enable businesses to go paperless by collecting signatures from customers, employees, suppliers, service providers and virtually any third-party at their company locations, in internal workflows, at retail or in field service operations. Documents can be created, distributed, approved and archived electronically, thereby resulting in efficiencies, error and cost-reduction, and archive accessibility and security.

All Scriptel signature pads are also verified as Citrix Ready and supported in Terminal Services and other virtualization systems.
