QuestPoint installs IA

The transaction processing company QuestPoint (Philadelphia) has installed

IA's (Emeryville, CA, http://www.ia-us.com) client-server image-based cash management system that supports IBM's IOCA/ABIC image compression format. This mixed-mode check storage and cash management system, which is also compatible with NCR and Unisys platforms, enables the capture, storage and viewing of check images in a variety of formats. The system supports TIFF/CCITT and TIFF/JPEG formats as well. QuestPoint is using CheckVision software with the Magnetic Storage Subsystem and CD-ROM Production Facility to process 300,000 items per day.
