Quantum Research hones Gillette's A/R efficiency

In an effort to shave efforts and costs in its accounts receivable department, Gillette has chosen to implement Quantum Research and Technology's (Stony Brook, NY) QR Bookmark document management and workflow suite in its Financial Services division. The system will route the scanned images of incoming checks, invoices, correspondence, and other documents to people's electronic in-boxes in the correct department. Documents are then sorted and processed with other matching documents in the system. A natural language interface will allow Gillette Financial Services to define the business rules governing its workflow. The system completely replaces the division's manual document-handling processes, according to QRT president Eugene Sayan.
