Partner relationship management from OnDemand

With a single interface to CRM, sales force automation and commerce applications, OnDemand has developed a complete front office solution for channel partners with its Partner Accelerator service.

The offering delivers an integrated set of Internet-based software and consulting services, which include customized product information, training, marketing programs, team selling, etc. Partner Accelerator’s further provides recruiting, profiling and planning advice.

The company also offers new e-commerce capabilities that allow partners to browse multimedia catalogs, get pricing, quote and track orders directly. OnDemand customers can do the same for other services such as information access, training, market development funds and leads.

OnDemand has also integrated Hewlett Packard’s E-Learning-on-Tap in the solution, enabling vendors to deliver interactive, online sales or product training to channel partners in a virtual classroom.

Prices for Partner Accelerator start at $12,000 per month, depending on number of partners and range of services used, plus startup fees.
