PKS Unveils Sales and Marketing Tool for Lotus Apps
Pacific Knowledge Systems (New York) has unveiled version 2.0 of its ProAct sales and marketing campaign system for Lotus
(Cambridge, MA) Notes and Domino. ProAct 2.0 includes extranet access for remote offices, embedded memo hotlinks to prospect profiles and correspondence, and optional caller ID capability with automatic prospect file retrieval and display. ProAct was designed by and for sales people, according to PKS CEO Todd Miller. "In developing it, we have focused on two concepts: simplicity and productivity.
