PC software component vet to lead Cascade Systems

Cascade Systems has named Robert Angelo as its new president and CEO. Former president and CEO Malcolm McGrory becomes executive VP and vice-chairman of the company's board of directors.

Along with new executive management in sales and marketing and service and a new head of European operations Angelo, along with new executives in sales and marketing and service, will be responsible for driving new business growth and profitability in the publishing market.

Angelo was previously the founder, CEO and chairman of SystemSoft, maker of PC diagnostic software, overseeing an IPO and 32 consecutive quarters of revenue growth. He has also served in engineering management for Phoenix Technologies, Cullinete Software and Honeywell Information Systems
