PC Docs and M&H Deal Targets Manufacturing

A new deal between PC Docs (Burlington, MA) and

M&H Enterprises (Houston) will give PC Docs technologies a leg up in the manufacturing industry. The agreement pairs M&H's Process Safety Management (WinPSM) and Quality Systems Management (WinQSM) applications with Docs Open, creating a document management system that complies with OSHA, ISO and SEMP safety and quality assurance standards. The WinPSM and WinRMP applications are designed specifically for use in EPA Risk Management Program and OSHA Process Safety Management operating environments. The companies will jointly promote the combined offering through PC Docs' sales force and reseller channel. "These solutions result in safe and trouble-free operations and the competitive advantage of a strong quality assurance program," said Ed LoTurco, PC Docs' director of industry marketing for manufacturing. M&H managing partner Rory Moran says that their experience in working with large manufacturers' showed them what kinds of business issues and document management requirements were needed for the various safety and quality processes. The combination of their expertise with Docs Open gives manufacturing companies "safe and trouble-free operations and the competitive advantage of a strong quality assurance program," he said.
