Outsell acquires EPS

Outsell announces the acquisition of UK-based Electronic Publishing Services Ltd., which provides market intelligence and advisory services for the information industry.

The move will double Outsell's client base of publishers and information providers and expand its international reach. The companies report EPS has particular strength in the legal information and education/training niches and has deep relationships with worldwide financial providers that invest in information companies. Outsell adds to EPS' expertise in the B2B trade, market and IT research sector as well as the search and aggregation segment. Both Outsell and EPS are well-established in the scientific, technical and medical information industry sector.
