OutookSoft unveils EAP 3
Designed as an integrated set of analytic applications and business processes, OutlookSoft’s Enterprise Analytic Portal Release 3 features new ``packages'' of applications called APPacks, which consist of pre-built capabilities across multiple business areas including financial, sales and human resources. The applications provide support for collection, modeling, consolidation, reporting, analysis and collaboration.
OutlookSoft reports the Financial APPack allows users to create budgets; view financial information and perform financial modeling, analysis and reporting. The company also added support for enterprise financial consolidation. Multi-currency reporting is also supported.
The EAP Sales package provides a a full view and rapid analysis of channel trends, growth, composition and revenues. It allows users to determine product and customer profitability in a number of ways, including seasonality trends and regional activity, says OutookSoft.
The Human Resources component enables managers to collect, budget, model, consolidate and report on employee and contractor-related matters, helping managers get a better understanding of the impact of company expenses such as hiring, salary, bonuses and office-related equipment, claims OutlookSoft.
