Out-of-the box content notification

Atomz, known for its enterprise Web site management software delivered as an online service, has introduced Atomz Alert, a Web-native solution that enables customers to offer e-mail content alerts to their Web site visitors.

Atomz claims its offering is the only out-of-the-box solution providing marketing, media and customer support organizations with an efficient and affordable way to leverage existing online content and deliver it in a timely, opt-in manner.

Atomz Alert allows site visitors simply register to be notified when new or updated Web site content about a specific product or topic is available. Subscribers may choose from HTML or text versions of the content, select whether they want to receive immediate alerts or periodic digests and can modify their subscription information at any time. Site visitors can select whether they would like to receive a link to the content or the entire, relevant Web page, says Atomz.
