Out-of-the-box collaboration

Intraspect has introduced a number of collaboration suites designed to be implemented faster and at a lower price, providing a much stronger return on investment and higher user adoption, than generic solutions. Incorporating best practices from more than 400 implementations with 200 customers, the solutions solution packages target high tech, financial services and project delivery/program management.

The suites are a combination of Intraspect 5 collaboration platform, application-specific user interfaces and data models, business process models and workflows, connectors to enterprise applications and packaged consulting services targeting Fortune 1000 customers.

Intraspect reports the high technology suite enables extended account teams, including partners, to work more effectively and efficiently in the management of sales engagements and design wins. The offering is said to improve win rates, decrease sales costs and increase customer satisfaction through a set of solutions that include: Account and Opportunity Collaboration, Proposal Management, Contract Management, Customer Extranet and Partner Extranet.

The suite for financial services was created to help more effectively develop and manage critical client relationships and optimize their deal flow cycles. Intraspect claims this suite delivers higher client “wallet share,” decreases sales costs and increases client satisfaction through a set of solutions that include: Client Management, Deal Flow Management, Contract Management, Research Management, Proposal Management and Third Party Extranet.

The Project Delivery/Program Management offering reportedly maximizes the effectiveness of teams in the management and execution of complex programs and projects. Further, says Intraspect, the solution improves visibility into the status of critical projects, supports the implementation of best practices and helps ensure project teams can meet deadlines.
