Orbital, KM Software end merger talks
About a month ago, the boards of Knowledge Management Software and Orbital reported they were in preliminary discussions concerning a merger of the two companies. They have now announced they will not proceed with the proposed merger and have ended the discussions. However, the two companies will continue to develop their existing commercial relationship.
