Oracle Selects Mosaix to Provide Business Process Management Solutions

Database giant Oracle (Redwood Shores, CA) has chosen

Mosaix (Redmond, WA) to provide business process management solutions for the company's U.S. and U.K. operations. Using Mosaix's ViewStar and InfoStore@Work software, Oracle will create a contract management system and be able to manage and view customer orders, service and training information over the Internet. "The Mosaix system is part of a strategic initiative to provide our customers with world-class customer service," said Oracle CIO Jerry Corvino. "according to their individual product, training and consulting requirements." Contracts will be scanned into the InfoStore@Work library, stored as computer images, and extended to the Internet as Web pages for viewing through a standard browser. "By streamlining the contract management process," the Mosaix system "will boost productivity and ensure that we're able to serve customers according to their individual product, training and consulting requirements," said Corvino.
