OpenText Enhances its Platform to Boost Customer Engagements and Digitization

OpenText, a provider of enterprise information management (EIM) solutions, is releasing an updated tool to enable customers to digitize any business process and manage information workflows across the digital enterprise.

Release 16 Enhancement Pack (EP1) further allows organizations to deepen customer engagements through personalized communications and engaging digital experiences.

New features include an OpenText Discovery Suite that brings discovery analytics to enterprise content, to surface key documents, contract terms, personnel with expertise, and critical early insights.

According to the company, the platform simplifies the delivery of core digital transformation solutions in the cloud, starting with new ECM and Extended ECM Cloud editions enabling integration with other leading vendor solutions.

Other enhancements include deeper ecosystem integration, OpenText Extended ECM for Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Content Management by OpenText,  expanded business and vertical solutions, OpenText Extended ECM for Government, OpenText Fax2Mail for Healthcare, OpenText Engineering Document Management, OpenText Process Suite, and Trading Grid Analytics.
