Consulting and systems integration firm Rivet Logic has released Crafter Rivet V. 2.0, an open source Web experience management (WEM) offering built on Alfresco 4. The WEM solution is the latest addition to Rivet Logic’s suite of solutions for content management, collaboration and community leveraging open source software.
Crafter Rivet enables building and managing Web content and site visitor experience for all types of content-rich applications. Crafter Rivet includes an authoring and publishing application (Crafter Studio), as well as a robust content delivery system (Crafter Engine).
Rivet Logic explains Crafter Studio consists of a wide range of features for marketers and other content editors, including WYSIWYG authoring, in-context preview, mobile device authoring/preview, workflow, marketing analytics, multichannel publishing, CRM and e-commerce integration, etc. Crafter Engine consumes content published from Crafter Studio and gives developers the foundation for building flexible Web and mobile applications.
