Online retailer to leverage customer knowledge with new CKO
MotherNature.com, an online retailer of over 30,000 natural nutritional items and related health information, has prioritized knowledge management as a key business function with its recent appointment of a CKO.
"The true lever for competitive advantage in the e-commerce marketplace will be customer information management," said Jeffrey Steinberg, MotherNature's new CKO and senior VP of marketing. "I look forward to developing their knowledge management."
Steinberg is a former marketing VP at online supermarket Netgrocer, in charge of customer acquisition, customer retention, data warehousing and database marketing. He has also held positions at Deloitte & Touche and Ziff Davis.
