Novielli joins AMS' Insurance Knowledge Solutions Practice

American Management Systems (AMS) has named Tony Novielli as principal in its Insurance Knowledge Solutions practice.

Novielli brings over 15 years experience in document management, imaging and workflow technologies to AMS' insurance practice. He was formerly a principal in Xerox's Insurance Practice area, and was an Insurance Team Leader at NCR, focusing on property and casualty administration systems, data warehousing, agent automation and client/server implementations.

His technology experience and knowledge of the insurance industry "will enable AMS to expand our workflow and imaging focus in insurance," said Keith Gnagey, VP of business development for AMS's Imaging and Workflow Practice
