Novasoft Provides Information Management System for New York Utility

An intranet-based workflow and document management system from NovaSoft (Burlington, MA) has been installed at the New York-based West Valley Nuclear Services Company (WVNS), a division of the Westinghouse Electric Company. The NovaManage and NovaWeb/Approve were selected to provide document management and control, records management, drawing distribution and management, and work order functions for WVNS' West Valley Demonstration Project. WVNS operates the project for the U.S. Department of Energy. The electronic document management system pilot is currently in the development phase. "We're pleased to have been their solution of choice," said Jeff Melvin, NovaSoft VP of Worldwide Sales.
