NovaSoft and XPDS Enter Into European Agreement

NovaSoft (Burlington, MA) and Xerox Professional Document Services

(XPDS) Europe have entered into an agreement to integrate NovaSoft's EDM application with XPDS' European consulting practices. The agreement involves a range of sales, marketing, training and integration service programs and initiatives. "The strength and integration of its workflow coupled with easy deployability make NovaSoft a natural partner for XPDS," said XPDS VP and GM Iain McCusker. XPDS offers NovaSoft "insightful and senior deployment services" and knowledge of the European market, says Delphi Group (Boston) consultant Carl Frappaolo. "XPDS will profit from adding a Java-based document-centric workflow and compound document management system [NovaWeb] to its arsenal of tools," he added. "We're delighted and honored to enter into this important relationship with XPDS," added NovaSoft marketing VP Rod Hodgman, "given the comparative strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions."
