New service offerings from IBM (Armonk, NY,

Twelve prepackaged offerings comprise the new image and document management services that have been added to IBM's SmoothStart for onsite implementation and startup, and Migration for data, preparation and validation.

Ron Fodor, regional services executive for Enterprise Document Management Services, promises that customers will be able to capitalize on the cost reduction and customer service implications of the technologies for the implementation and support of image and document management solutions.
