New company formed for financial COLD

TASC has formed a new subsidiary that will merge statement and bill generation technology with TASC's computer output to laser disc (COLD) viewing products.

Adesso Software's product will allow users to access and distribute billing statements and reports over the Internet or from call centers. Integrating with TASC's COLD product lets users archive the reports electronically, cutting down on paper processing costs. Adesso will target companies in financial services, telecommunications and utilities with high-volume statement and bill presentment needs
