Network Imaging Wins Imaging Contract from Texas Bank

The First State Bank of Texas has purchased $116,000 worth of imaging and document management from Network Imaging (Herndon, VA). The bank will use the TREEV (Beaverton, MN) Voyager II document imaging system to process its credit and loan applications, which amount to nearly 460,000 pages. The First State Bank, which already uses TREEV's Explorer COLD product, will implement the system through its 13 community branches in north Texas. The bank spent an entire year researching its imaging options before selecting the TREEV system. "In order to be a competitive institution we need more than a good system," said David Koontz, the Senior Credit VP at First State Bank of Texas. "We need a technology partner who is available around the clock and committed to keeping our business up and running."
