NetRight, CSE Systems to Join DM, Workflow Forces
Netright Technologies (Sunnyvale, CA) and CSE Systems (Klagenfurt, Austria) have agreed to integrate their technologies to create a single document management and workflow product. Louis Leitz, parent company of CSE Systems, also owns 10% of NetRight Technologies. The partnership "will ensure that product development teams work more closely together to offer our customers the best possible solution at an affordable price," said NetRight CEO Max Panjwani. The product will be resold through NetRight's reseller channel. The new product will be made available in Q3 '98; pricing will be announced one month prior to the ship date.
