“Near-similarity” document identification from @Legal Discovery

@Legal Discovery has added near-similarity identification to CasePoint, its unified e-discovery SaaS platform. Near-similarity identification allows users to highlight a snippet of text, such as a sentence or a paragraph, in a document and find more documents in the corpus that contain text similar to the highlighted snippet.

Documents grouped by near-similarity can permit reviewers to make decisions on documents more quickly than traditional methods, since documents of a similar nature can be considered as a group, rather than individually. @Legal CasePoint allows users to leverage various power features like near-similarity, technology-assisted review, word cloud and term analyzer to review documents in a shorter period of time.

CasePoint is available on a fixed, per-GB pricing model that includes all the features of the platform, such as culling, filtering, processing, hosting, review and production. The new feature is included in the all-inclusive price and is available to all users.
