Mobius Management Files for IPO
Mobius Management Systems (Rye, NY) has filed for an initial public offering of 2.9 million shares. Mobius is selling 2.5 million of the shares, and 400,000 are being sold by certain selling stockholders. Pricing is expected to be between $11 and $13 per share. There is expected to be an option for the underwriters to purchase up to 435,000 shares for covering any over-allotments. Goldman, Sachs & Co., NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC and BancAmerica Robertson Stephens are managing the offering.
