Mindfabric launches Enterprise 4.1

Mindfabric has introduced the latest version of its flagship product, Enterprise 4.1, which release includes new platform support, enhanced business rules, improved knowledge management tools and new test tools, offering lower total cost of ownership and additional opportunities to generate revenue, the company claims.

The company says one of the key upgrades in Version 4.1 is a new business rule feature that enables Mindfabric’s enterprise customers to push specific content to users based on rule triggers, such as a specific query, user identity, date or other factors.

Enterprise 4.1 also features upgrades to Mindfabric’s knowledge management system, reportedly making it easier to build and maintain knowledgebases and make knowledge elements reusable. Mindfabric’s capability to reuse vertical-specific vocabularies is said to enable enterprises to customize Mindfabric Enterprise for their own solution, resulting in short production cycles and low TCO
