Medallia Launches Alliance Program

Medallia, a provider of customer experience management (CEM) SaaS has introduced a new program for global professional services firms called the Medallia Alliance Program. Medallia’s SaaS application enables companies to capture customer feedback across web, social, mobile, and contact center channels, and understand it in real time to improve their performance.

According to Medallia, customer experience has become increasingly competitive, with companies who have embraced CEM technology are able to deliver better customer experiences at scale more consistently.

Although business leaders recognize that customer experience is a significant driver of purchase behavior, companies often struggle to stay ahead of their customers’ expectations, according to Amy Pressman, president and co-founder of Medallia.  Medallia’s technology platform aims to help companies compete on the basis of customer experience, and, with this new alliance program, it seeks to scale the solution to meet demand, Pressman added.

To keep up with the demand, Medallia has begun certifying best-in-class partners to provide CEM implementation, delivery, and consulting services. Medallia says it is handpicks its partners based on their expertise in strategy, operations, technology and change management, as well as on their track record in implementing enterprise-wide initiatives. Partners serve a range of industries, including financial services, telecom, hospitality, professional services, and retail.

Partners who implement the Medallia platform—or provide ongoing professional services on it—must be certified through a training program. Medallia says it also provides its certified partners with support, including hands-on guidance and best practices.
