The company claims iApprove 3.0, which is available in traditionally licensed and hosted versions, offers a 100% Web-based platform to centrally manage user requests from multiple locations, automate business processes, streamline workflow and operations as well as improve the overall user experience.

iApprove 3.0 is designed to manage internal requests in IT, HR, finance or any area within midsize and small organizations, in addition to departments or functions within large enterprises.

Integrify reports that features and major enhancements for users include automatic process escalations based on time, user reports, e-mail notification templates, enhanced user interfaces, user activity archives, extended process hierarchies, expanded process definitions, improved administrator reports and form replication.
