Magic Solutions and LingoSense to Develop Help Desk Search Engine
Magic Solutions (Paramus, NJ) and LingoSense (Jerusalem) have announced a joint venture to co-develop a linguistic search engine for help desk and information retrieval software applications. LingoHelp will combine high-performance search and retrieval capabilities with LingoSense's advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology that recognizes and understands content and concepts instead of just key words. The LingoHelp application will be integrated into future versions of Magic's SupportMagic help desk product. Funding for the collaboration will be provided by the Israel-US Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation (BIRD).
