Kofax and Cardiff form alliance

Kofax and Cardiff have inked a deal that permits Kofax to market an OEM version of Cardiff LiquidOffice that seamlessly integrates with Kofax Ascent Capture. The companies add that the combined solution extends Ascent's electronic capture capabilities by enabling its customers to capture and process information from online forms.

Integration with LiquidOffice Data Collection Edition enhances the Kofax Ascent Capture platform with the online data collection feature-set of LiquidOffice, which enables users to design, deploy, complete and digitally sign intelligent HTML and PDF electronic forms. Ascent users wanting e-form routing, tracking and approval functionality can easily upgrade to LiquidOffice Enterprise Edition, the companies say.
