The company claims Web-based Knowledgelinx 2000 addresses the needs of both users and content developers by simplifying the development and delivery of learning, knowledge management and performance support. The company goes on to say Knowledgelinx 2000 complements sales-critical applications by providing integrated contextual knowledge distribution.

For users, the software offers an environment with interactive content capabilities, including text, images, video, sound and animation. It includes a diagnostic function that allows the learner to identify his/her knowledge gaps and is then able to automatically design an appropriate customized learning program. Also available is an optional virtual classroom feature for online interaction with trainer and peer group, including walkthrough, whiteboard, chat and conferencing.

For content developers, Knowledgelinx 2000 offers:
