KnowledgeTrack gets healthier with new contract

KnowledgeTrack’ssoftware development arm, KnowledgeTrack Professional Services, has been awarded a contract to develop a comprehensive Palm OS-based sales force automation application for Nutraceutical International, a leader in the nutritional supplement industry. The profession services division has a long track record has extensive experience in customizing modular personal information management and sales force automation systems for vertical markets.

Founded in 1932, Nutraceutical is the leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements, with over 1600 products sold exclusively in over 7000 health food stores nationwide. Greg Christensen, a strategic marketing analyst at Nutraceutical, says KnowledgeTrack's application will enable the company to streamline our order entry and inventory process, reduce product shipment lead times and increase customer satisfaction and sales service.
