KnowledgeLake has announced an agreement to partner with Brainware, which delivers enterprise data capture and search solutions. The companies will join forces to enable their solutions to interact, optimizing the return on global users’ investment for SharePoint and other Microsoft enterprise platforms. In other KnowledgeLake news, it has upgraded its imaging solution for SharePoint by adding in-document keyword searching from a browser-based viewer, PDF document editing, related document links, document export, support for SharePoint list items and image caching for increased viewing performance. KnowledgeLake will also extend its capabilities to mobile and tablet devices, offering capture, upload, search and view capabilities for these platforms.
