KMS to offer Clerity products

The agreement calls for Knowledge Management Software (KMS) to become an authorized reseller of Clerity solutions.Clerity says that when used in conjunction with its Knowledge Groundswell and Knowledge Economy methodology, its products provide the technology and infrastructure for connecting knowledge requestors with the best providers.

The agreement will give Clerity added traction in new markets. Clerity CEO George Luntz says the agreement will help his company “reach U.S. corporations that want to extend their standard CRM software . . . and their one-to-many approach with a many-to-many knowledge sharing paradigm to leverage their entire value chain.”

Under a separate agreement, Clerity will integrate the KMS Deskartes Domain Knowledge product into its software and KMS will offer the Clerity solutions using an ASP model. Both relationships will provide a full range of services including private branding, implementation and methodology consulting to customers of both companies.

Deskartes combines a tri-dimensional neural network with a natural language processor to provide contextually accurate, self-learning, search and retrieval functionality, the company explains.

KMS has also announced it has entered into an OEM agreement with global e-learning NETg.
