KMS buys Raging Knowledge

Knowledge Management Software (KMS) has acquired Raging Knowledge. KMS is pursuing an aggressive strategy to acquire and develop new knowledge management software. The company purchased Easy Knowledge Ltd. in December 2000 and pursued the acquisition of Orbital Software earlier this year.

KMS says GlobalNetWork, Raging Knowledge’s flagship software, complements its Deskartes search and retrieval software, adding that the purchase will enhance cross-selling and the development of new KM products.
