KMCI forms alliance with Expert Choice

The Knowledge Management Consortium International announces an alliance with Expert Choice a supplier of collaborative decision support software and services based in Arlington, VA. Expert Choice’s tools will be used in support of K-Stream, KMCI’s proprietary strategy and implementation methodology.

Expert Choice’s tools include Expert Choice for Groups, a collaborative decision support engine that KMCI will adapt to K-Stream, Expert Choice Resource Aligner, an optimization platform for project portfolio alignment and ROI determinations, and the Expert Choice Decision Portal, a Web-based collaborative environment for asynchronous and geographically dispersed enterprise decision making.

KMCI says of particular importance to K-Stream users is Expert Choice’s ability for measuring and reporting on ROI from investments made in KM strategies and interventions of all kinds.
