The company explains that Workspaces enables users to collaborate on projects through threaded online discussions and document sharing and to have immediate access to work from prior engagements. OpenAir further states Workspace users can increase profits by capturing additional billable hours, increasing employee utilization, streamlining project management, accelerating revenue, enhancing collaboration and sharing knowledge and best practices throughout the organization.

Workspaces is a standalone KM solution as well as a component of the OpenAir Complete professional services automation solution, which lists for $75 per user per month. Workspaces can be purchased alone for $20 per user per month plus storage fees.
