KM Software to acquire Orbital?

Knowledge Management Software and Orbital announce they are discussing a merger of the two companies.

The boards believe that a merger could provide benefits in terms of the compatibility of product offerings, the potential for enhanced product development and in cost savings, according to a press release. The companies add that at this point, it is not certain the transaction will take place.
