Judge Group acquires two FileNet integrators

In the past week, The Judge Group has acquired a pair of systems integration firms to help bolster the West Coast operations of its Information Management Systems (Judge IMS) division, formerly Judge Imaging Systems. Corebridge Technologies, based in Washington, offers document management, imaging and workflow solutions for FileNet applications, including system analysis, installation and configuration, programming, migration/conversion services, training and support. Corebridge generated revenues of $441,297 in 1997.

"I believe this valuable alliance will enable us to continue to expand our operation and become very important part of Judge IMS," said Corebridge founder James Turner. Judge president Robert Haskell believes that Corebridge's reference accounts, recurring services base and the core competency of the personnel, company culture, products and services offered makes them "a great new addition to the Judge IMS team." Judge CEO James Person added that the acquisition gives Judge "a foothold in the Northwest and enables us to expand the Judge IMS / FileNet products and services into the Northwest U.S. and Canadian markets."

The other acquisition, involving Irvine, CA-based On-Site Solutions, gives Judge another West Coast systems integrator with FileNet experience. On-Site, a FileNet Premier Solutions Alliance Partner, provides integrated imaging, document management and workflow solutions for FileNet technology.

"Teaming with Judge IMS gives us the ability to become one of the leading systems integrators of FileNet Panagon applications," added Terry Cooper, On-Site founder. "We are thrilled to be the newest member of Judge IMS and look forward to expanding our West Coast operations." Cooper will continue to operate the business as VP of Judge IMS' West Coast operations.

"On-Site will pave the way to the future expansion of the West Coast, facilitating our coast to coast services," said CEO Person. This acquisition "will provide many complementary consulting, integration and FileNet Visual Workflo development services, enhancing Judge IMS's present capabilities," added Haskell. "On-Site's financial service applications and reference accounts will allow Judge IMS to penetrate many new accounts."
