Invisible.io Unites with SpringCM
Invisible.io, a provider of integration of complex enterprise-class software with communication environments (such as calendar and email), and SpringCM, a provider of solutions for document workflow and contract management, have formed a partnership around Invisible.io's SmartCloud Connect to improve how companies handle document lifecycle management through Outlook and Gmail.
By uniting the document and contract management capabilities of SpringCM with the actionable, enterprise-specific workflow integration into Calendar and Inbox of Invisible.io, companies can now accelerate the document lifecycle (from contract creation through negotiation, approvals, signature, archiving, and renewals) from their native Calendar and Inbox applications, the companies say.
The joint solution simplifies the hurdles of document management within Outlook and Gmail, and makes communication more productive across an entire organization, said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of Invisible.io. SmartCloud Connect enables users to access the exact document they need, stored in SpringCM, within just a matter of a few clicks, he added.
The new combined offering enables full access to SpringCM document management capabilities, supporting integration with Salesforce or any other enterprise automation system, or standalone.
By integrating contract or document processes—which typically involve multiple players, both internal and external, for approvals, negotiations, and signatures—with the mailbox application, data loss, wasted time, and chaotic processes can be eliminated, said Will Wiegler, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of SpringCM.
