Intranet DASHBOARD Changes Name to GreenOrbit

Intranet DASHBOARD, an intranet solutions pioneer and software of choice for more than 2,000 businesses in 65 countries, is changing its name to GreenOrbit. The company says the GreenOrbit brand reflects its new focus on moving the intranet industry forward by taking the complexity out of digital workplaces and giving enterprises everything they need in one simple, comprehensive intranet solution.

The rebranding is more than a name and look, said Stewart Bairstow, CEO of GreenOrbit. There is now a complete identity system that matches the company’s culture of avid explorers who have worked over the years to innovate products that make it easier for customers to do their jobs.

The launch of the GreenOrbit brand seeks to reinforce its position in the intranet solutions category with:

  • Contemporary brand look, new website, and updated UI/UX (limited release)
  • Opening three new offices in the U.S. and U.K.
  • Micro-focused regionally and locally on client and partner relationships
  • Greater access to qualified tech talent

According to a 2018 Deloitte Human Capital Trends report, 82% of HR and business leaders believe that the hyper-connected workplace is important or very important, but only 45% are ready to meet expectations. GreenOrbit is the intranet designed to help IT and corporate communicators bridge the gap needed to withstand the modern world of work.

“Our industry has changed and we’ve continued to evolve, too,” said Steven Hensgen, director of product management at GreenOrbit. ”We’re boldly daring enterprise professionals to dream of a better intranet product and user flow. Imagine one seamless experience that lives on a single platform that can equip your people, empower your content creators with the right tools, drive efficiency, and foster collaboration throughout your organization. I’m proud to say GreenOrbit does that and more.”

Founded in 1995, GreenOrbit now operates from nine locations throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, and serves clients across six continents. There are more than 1.2 million users on the platform. Notable clients in the U.S. include Shell, Mitsubishi, and Butterball.
