Intranet Application Provider Seeks Partner for Capital, Distribution

Created in October 1996, LinkedPlanet has gone through two rounds of private placements through its investors, but "it is time for us to get other players involved," said president and CEO Doug Bonestroo. The company is looking for a partner or partners that can provide capital, management talent, and distribution channels, as well as a solid understanding of technology and experience in the retail and hospitality industries.
