IntraNet Solutions and Adobe extend agreement

IntraNet Solutions (Eden Prairie, MN) and Adobe (San Jose) have extended an existing agreement to market each other's products. IntraNet Solutions will integrate and market Adobe's FrameMaker and Acrobat Capture software with its Intra.doc Web-based document management product. The two companies are also going joining for a seminar series, to show organizations how to create, manage and publish information content on the Web. The series will feature products from both companies, including a scan-to-Web solution and a Web browser-based document ordering system. The integration of Intra.doc with Adobe's products creates "a Web-based document management solution that can easily manage a variety of documents," said Adobe marketing director Sharon Grimshaw. "Adobe's products fit in well with our strategy to provide online access to knowledge content in a managed Web repository," said Bob Olson, president and CEO of IntraNet Solutions, which released Version 3.0 of its Intra.doc product earlier this year.
